This weekend I’m mentally gearing up and cramming for my upcoming 100-hour prema vinyasa teacher training. The next 3 weeks I will eat, sleep and breathe yoga mat. Just like in college, I haven’t even started my pre-req reading: Yoga Sutras, Heart of Yoga and Trail Guide to the Body.
